With a bright smile and hardworking disposition, Diana
Hanson of Prudential Realty's Sherman Oaks office tackles the most
complicated real estate transactions with ease and experience. Her
dedication to detail and ability to listen are among the attributes that
have made her one of the most valuable salespersons in her office. Diana’s excellent organizational and negotiation skills earned her recognition from her manager and a host of other accolades since she began her real estate career in 1985. Prior to entering real estate, Diana spent eight years in management and buying with a major department store. A true believer in the philosophy that knowledge is power, Diana graduated from UCLA. Her student days still continue through her real estate education through Prudential seminars and courses that keep her up-to-date on the latest real estate-related legislation. Diana is a San Fernando Valley native, and utilizes her insight of the area to specialize in the properties in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Van Nuys, and Hollywood Hills. She has resided in Studio City since 1979, where she and her husband raised their two children. Diana is involved in her community; she currently is on the board of the John Aaroe Charity Foundation and also serves on the UCLA Freshman Alumni Scholarship committee. She served many years with the American Youth Soccer Organization and she has served as a Committee Chair at the Southland Regional Association of Realtors. Diana is an avid runner and has completed the Los Angeles and New York Marathons. She has raised money through walks for various causes. Her success stems from her experience, personal attention, and communication skills. The results are happy clients and referrals. |
